I had a wonderful stay at Noelle, marking our 25th anniversary, and I truly enjoyed the ambiance and location near Lower Broadway. The room was cleaned daily with fresh linens, which I appreciated. though I did encounter some noise issues from nearby venues on one night. Overall, the unique decor and really good dining made it a nice experience, and I'm definitely planning to return.

My stay at Noelle was a mix of highs and lows. The location was absolutely perfect, being right near Broadway and a bunch of great spots to explore. However, the room was quite small, which made unpacking my belongings a bit challenging. Also, I had issues with the shower leaking and staff entering my room daily. Despite these disappointments, the rooftop bar had beautiful views and the coffee stations on each floor were convenient.

I had a mixed experience at Noelle. The hotel has a beautiful vibe and great amenities, but I faced some challenges with room service and staff responsiveness. The location is fantastic for exploring Nashville, which is a big plus.

My room was sleek and modern, with high-tech controls for features like window shades. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a nice view, although the thermostat could've worked better. I had some trouble with the pillows that flattened out pretty quickly.
Service

While some staff were warm and welcoming, I encountered issues with responsiveness, especially with room service. Also, I didn’t appreciate being made to feel awkward about tipping when it should've been more straightforward.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary coffee from the Drug Store in the lobby. The food quality was impressive, especially the avocado toast, but I did feel like there was some confusion about advertised amenities like the champagne hour.

The hydration stations on each floor were a thoughtful touch, and the fitness center was convenient. However, I felt let down by the room service reliability and the elevator wait times.

My stay at Noelle was a bit of a mixed bag. The first impression was lovely, with a charming lobby and a cozy rooftop bar that offered stunning views of the city. However, I faced some hiccups, like slow valet service and a dirty room at check-in. Overall, the atmosphere was stylish and inviting, but the service and room issues made me feel like the experience didn't fully meet my expectations.

Rooms

The facilities felt upscale with a unique vintage vibe, but the wait for valet and limited dining options detracted from the overall experience.
